Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the flour and raspberries, being careful not to crush the berries.
Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
Notes
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Garnish with extra raspberries if desired.
