Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Stir in broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Let simmer for a few more minutes until heated through.
