Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 2 minutes before serving.

Serve this dish with steamed vegetables or a side of rice for a complete meal.
