Preparation Steps
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and sauté until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the creamy beef sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
