Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté bell peppers until slightly softened.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed peppers, cream cheese, and diced tomatoes.
Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, then fold in shredded pepper jack cheese.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
