Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the fresh spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic paste.
Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant, then add the sliced scallions.
Stir in soy sauce and crushed red pepper. Mix well.
Toss in the cooked noodles to coat thoroughly in the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with extra scallions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds or serve with grilled chicken.
