Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, garam masala, and salt.
Add olive oil and lukewarm water gradually, kneading until a smooth dough forms.
Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into bite-sized squares.
Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Allow to cool before serving.
