Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mash the chickpeas until smooth.
Add almond flour, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the mashed chickpeas.
Mix until well combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
Notes
For a twist, add chopped nuts or dried fruit. Great as a dip with apples!
