Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread marinated beef, bell pepper chunks, and onion chunks alternately onto skewers.
Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These kebabs pair wonderfully with a chilled yogurt sauce or fresh pita bread.
