Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Fold in the blueberries, then set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
