Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and lime juice to create the marinade.
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.
