Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add the elbow macaroni. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the pasta is cooked, check the seasoning and serve hot.
