Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks, about 5 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce, mixing well, then add diced bell peppers.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes until peppers are slightly tender.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Spoon the turkey mixture into Romaine leaves and serve.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can top with chopped peanuts or sesame seeds.
