Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s well coated.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (145°F is optimal).
Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
