Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
Serve hot immediately.

Feel free to add extra vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms for variety.
