Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in soy sauce and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine everything well. Serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
