Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until aromatic.
Add chopped green bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the fish stock and bring to a simmer. Stir in coconut milk and cayenne pepper.
Add fish chunks and lime juice, cooking gently for about 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your stew hot!
