Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough, roll it out, and fill with mozzarella cheese before shaping into a loaf.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
