Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon.
Stir in chili sauce, milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until cheese melts and mixture is well combined.
Serve hot and enjoy your easy cheesy chili mac!
