Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, blend together corn syrup, brown sugar, and eggs.
Mix in the chopped pecans and vanilla until combined.
Roll out the pie pastry and cut it into circles.
Place a spoonful of the pecan mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over and seal with a fork.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each pie until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
