Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
Pour in beef broth and bring mixture to a boil. Add sliced carrots and peas.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until the beef is tender.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions in a separate pot.
Drain the noodles and stir them into the beef mixture. Add soy sauce and black pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with a sprinkle of fresh dill or parsley. This dish pairs well with crusty bread.
