Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, half of the garlic, and soy sauce. Mix well and form into meatballs.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
Add rice and remaining garlic to the skillet, stirring to combine.
Pour in water and honey, stirring well. Bring to a simmer.
Transfer the skillet contents to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown slightly.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed broccoli for an extra healthy touch. Try adding red pepper flakes for some heat!
