Preparation Steps
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned and no longer pink.
Stir in the cooked penne, chopped spinach, ricotta, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover and let cook for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve hot with a sprinkle of extra Italian seasoning, if desired.
