Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the jarred roasted red peppers to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine cooked pasta with the pepper mixture and toss gently to coat.
Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan, basil, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
Notes
This dish pairs well with a side salad. Try adding a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor!
