Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add in the sugar while beating until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the jello powder and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spoon dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 60 minutes or until the meringues are dry and crisp.
Turn off the oven and let the cookies cool inside for another hour.
