Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place feta cheese in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes over the cheese.
Add halved cherry tomatoes and sliced olives around the feta.
Bake for about 30 minutes until the feta is golden and tomatoes are blistered.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped basil.
Serve warm with crusty bread or over pasta.
Notes
This dish is perfect as a shared appetizer! Drizzle with more olive oil or serve with olives for extra flavor.
