Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
Place marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish. Surround with broccoli and carrots.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and veggies are tender.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
