Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them around the salmon on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
Notes
Serve with a lemon wedge for extra flavor.
