Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into four equal patties.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
During the last few minutes of cooking, top each patty with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
Toast the buns on the grill for a minute, then assemble the burgers.
Notes
Serve with a side of fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal. For extra zing, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes!
