Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a saucepan, bring the broth to a boil.
Add ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes.
While the noodles cook, prepare the soft-boiled eggs in another pot of boiling water for 7 minutes.
Remove eggs, cool them in ice water, peel, and set aside.
Once noodles are done, stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
Divide noodles into bowls, pouring broth over them.
Halve the eggs and place on top, garnishing with scallions.
Notes
Serve with a sprinkle of chili flakes for an added kick.
