Use your favorite brand.

chicken broth
Homemade or store-bought.

tbsp
soy sauce
Can substitute with tamari for gluten-free.

fresh spinach
Can use kale if preferred.

sliced mushrooms
Button or shiitake work well.

egg
Optional for added protein.
Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles as per package instructions.
While noodles are cooking, heat chicken broth in a separate saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in soy sauce and add sliced mushrooms; cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add fresh spinach and let it wilt in the broth.
Once noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the broth mixture.
If using, boil the egg in a separate pot for about 7 minutes then peel and slice.
Serve hot, topped with sliced egg if using. Enjoy your ramen!
Notes
Add chili flakes for spice or top with green onions for extra flavor!
