Preparation Steps
Start by placing raspberries in a large pot and crush them lightly with a fork.
Add the sugar and lemon juice to the crushed raspberries.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
To check if the jam is ready, place a small spoonful on a cold plate and check if it sets.
Once set, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to jars.
