Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine cooked sushi rice with salt and rice vinegar. Mix well.
Stir in the finely chopped vegetables and soy sauce until evenly incorporated.
Moisten your hands with water. Take a handful of rice mixture and form into balls.
Wrap each rice ball in crumbled nori seaweed.
Notes
Serve these rice balls with extra soy sauce for dipping. They are great for lunch boxes!
