Instructions
Assembly Steps
Prepare a large bowl of warm water. Soak each rice paper wrapper for about 10 seconds until pliable.
Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface and place a handful of shrimp, carrots, greens, and mint in the center.
Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
Repeat until all the ingredients are used up. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
