Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper and add to the skillet, skin-side down.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium; add garlic and remaining butter to the skillet.
Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with the garlic lemon butter drizzled on top.
