Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with marinara and mozzarella, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
