Instructions
Preparation Steps
Start by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook until no pink remains.
Remove beef from skillet and let cool slightly.
On one half of each tortilla, place a layer of cooked beef and sprinkle cheese on top.
Fold the tortillas in half and return to the skillet, cooking until crispy.
Slice each quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping. Add avocado for extra creaminess!
