Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear them in the skillet until golden, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve, garnished with parsley.
