Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped celery, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk, then mix it into the turkey mixture until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
