Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning.
Form turkey mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs for 5-7 minutes.
Add marinara sauce to the skillet and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and stir into sauce.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle fresh basil on top just before serving.
