Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, bread crumbs, and egg until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
Place the meatballs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
