Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
Stir in the ground turkey, cooking until browned, around 6-8 minutes.
Mix in the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn; cook until heated through.
In another skillet, lightly sauté the riced cauliflower for about 5–7 minutes until tender.
Assemble the bowls by layering the cauliflower, turkey mixture, and shredded cheese.
Notes
Serve with avocado or salsa for extra flavor.
