Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Add the chopped spinach and lemon juice.
Let everything cook for another 10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
