Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, place tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
Roast the tomatoes in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until they burst.
Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
Add the roasted tomatoes and any pan juices to the pasta, then mix in the feta and basil.
Toss everything together until well combined and serve immediately.
Notes
