Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the crumbled sausage.
Cook sausage for about 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet. Cook until tomatoes are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine cooked spaghetti into the skillet. Toss until pasta is well coated.
Serve with grated Parmesan and fresh basil on top.
Notes
Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra brightness. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal!
