Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet, sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat with garlic butter and thyme, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot as an appetizer or with your favorite sides.
Notes
For best results, use fresh thyme and serve immediately.
