Instructions
Preparation Steps
Begin boiling water in a large pot. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Once the pasta is done, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with garlic. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil.
Toss everything together gently. If it's too dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, try adding some grated cheese or toasted sesame seeds on top. Pair with grilled chicken for a complete meal.
