Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
Mix in heavy cream, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
Fold in broccoli and half of the parmesan cheese. Stir gently to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining parmesan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Notes
