Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes, toss to coat evenly, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and brush with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Grill the skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely charred.
Sprinkle the cooked skewers with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
