Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Incorporate the vanilla extract into the mixture.
Gradually add the flour and mix until well combined.
Fold in the chopped pecans.
Form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar to coat.
